Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Gao taught 7th and 8th-grade science. When she decided to go into dentistry, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University before earning her dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2019. She is committed to lifelong learning and continues to expand her skills through ongoing education, including completing a year-long training with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s NYC Maxicourse, focusing on implant placement and restoration.

Active in the dental community, Dr. Gao is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Capital Area Dental Society. With six years of experience, she practiced for three years in Austin, Texas, and three years in New Jersey at a community clinic, providing low-cost care to those living at or below the poverty line. She also participated in a mission trip to Honduras, offering free dental care for two weeks, during which she rescued one of her dogs. Dr. Gao hopes to continue providing care to underserved communities through future mission trips. Her professional goal is to deliver exceptional care while building lasting relationships with patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Gao enjoys spending time with her husband, their one-year-old baby boy and two rescue dogs. She loves gardening in her free time and exploring the playgrounds and splash pads around Austin with her family.

Angela joined the practice in 2025, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in billing and administration. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and informed. Angela especially values the family-like environment and community focus that makes the office unique. Above all, Angela is dedicated to empowering patients with knowledge about their insurance and is grateful to do work she truly loves.

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys hiking, crafting, reading and volunteering. She is an empty nester, a loving partner and a proud dog mom.

Christi joined the practice in 2023 and brings her training from Texas Woman’s University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys helping people and values the supportive, collaborative spirit of her team. Christi is passionate about ensuring patients feel cared for and respected.

She finds joy in her work and appreciates the opportunity to contribute to both patient health and the positive atmosphere of the practice. Christi’s warm and helpful approach makes her a valued member of the dental team.

Holly has been a part of the practice since 2015 and has been working in dentistry for over 17 years. She graduated in 2008 and enjoys the close-knit environment of a smaller practice that feels like family. Holly is committed to building strong patient relationships and creating a comfortable, stress-free experience.

When she is not working, Holly enjoys staying active, spending time with her family and keeping up with her guilty pleasures like reality television and crime documentaries. She is married and has two children who bring joy and balance to her life.

Robin became part of the practice in 2015 and has been practicing as a dental hygienist for more than 30 years. She graduated from Baltimore City Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program and has loved her career since the beginning. Robin and her husband relocated to Texas over 18 years ago and are happy to call it home. She is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health for life and is committed to delivering the highest level of care. Robin values working with a team of skilled professionals who share her dedication to excellence.

In her free time, Robin enjoys swimming, exercise and caring for her senior dog.
